Feeding creatures is a way to help them grow quicker, not depending solely on the help of users physically clicking them. Food can be bought from the Farmer's Market on the Bazaar. Each item raises a creature's clicks by a set amount, depending on the item used.
Currently everything from eggs to adults can be fed.
